At Vissla, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your surf gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in new condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
